Tidewater, a new friend to Volunteers of America, provided a major contribution to our homeless veteran’s program.

While in New Orleans for a conference, the team from Novo Nordisk not only made a generous financial contribution, they also spent time getting to know our volunteers and performed volunteer landscaping work at one of our facilities.

Fore!Kids Foundation Since 1958, Fore!Kids has raised money--$16 million to date--to fund children's service organizations through golf events like the Zurich Classic of New Orleans.

Tournament Players Club of Louisiana TPC Louisiana, a leading golf course across the river from New Orleans, is the site of the PGA's Zurich Classic and our annual GolfStar Classic.

	Wendy’s Wonderful Kids  Volunteers of America works with this organization, which encourages families to open their homes and hearts to foster care adoption.  Wendy’s Wonderful Kids is a national initiative of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
	Capital One  A long standing supporter of our Adoption and Maternity program, Capital One contributed to the rebuilding of our Single Room Occupancies post-Katrina.  Recently they made a major gift to support our Lighthouse after school Program.

United Way Our organization is a United Way agency.

	The Cable Hope Fund, the cable industry’s endeavor to support victims of natural disasters and the long-term rebuilding of communities post-disaster, provided a major contribution for post-Katrina rebuilding assistance.

Living Cities, a partnership between corporate, philanthropic and government entities working to making large cities more livable and functional,  is a major supporter of Volunteers of America’s Coming Back Home Housing initiative.
