The Terraces – Mid-City, 3615 Tulane Ae.    Now Leasing 504 482-2440

On Tulane Avenue near Jefferson Davis Parkway, this $35 million new construction replaces our New Orleans East development destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.  The Terraces contains a 3,000 sq. ft. Community Center and Health Clinic as well as 200 one-bedroom units for low-income seniors.  Rent is based on income.  There are many amenities designed for persons age 62 and above.  Public transportation is available at the door.
